This policy explains what personal information Emistery Mapping processes when you browse the website, use the basket, contact support or proceed to checkout.

When you open a support ticket, the website can collect:
These data are used only to receive, investigate and reply to your support request. The information requested by the form is limited to what is useful for handling the ticket.
Depending on the request, processing is based on Emistery's legitimate interest in providing support and preventing abuse, and where applicable on steps connected with a purchase or order.
Support tickets are sent to contact@emistery.com using the OVHcloud Zimbra Mail service. The ticket is also posted to a dedicated Emistery Discord channel.
This means the information contained in a support request can be processed by Discord under their own privacy terms and infrastructure.
Purchases are processed through Tebex. When you proceed to checkout, authentication, order information, payment processing and payment data are handled by Tebex and its payment partners under their own legal terms.
Emistery Mapping does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
The website uses browser local storage and session storage to make the basket and checkout flow work. This can include:
These items are used for functional purposes. They are separate from the audience-measurement system described below.
You can clear this browser storage using your browser settings. Doing so may empty your basket or interrupt an unfinished checkout.
Emistery Mapping uses a self-hosted instance of Umami
at analytics.emistery.com for website analytics and audience
measurement. The purpose is to understand how the website is used,
which pages and creations are viewed, and which features visitors use.
The Umami analytics script is loaded on pages of the Emistery website. It can record page views and selected interaction events, including product views, BUY clicks, Gift opens, checkout steps, searches, map interactions, Discord clicks and Visit in Game clicks.
Analytics data can include the page visited, referrer, browser and device information, and technical request information used to produce statistics. Emistery does not intentionally send support messages, email addresses, Cfx.re recipient IDs or payment-card information to Umami. Session replay and heatmap features are not used.
The analytics service is hosted on Emistery's own OVHcloud VPS and is used only for Emistery's own website statistics. It is not used to sell personal data, to display personalised advertising or to track visitors across unrelated websites. The tracker is configured to respect the browser Do Not Track setting and to exclude URL search parameters and fragments from analytics.
You can also disable Emistery audience measurement on this browser at any time. This preference is stored locally on your device and can be changed again later.
Product pages can display YouTube videos using the
youtube-nocookie.com embed domain. When you load or interact
with a YouTube player, Google / YouTube may receive technical information
and process data according to their own policies.
The support endpoint temporarily uses the requesting IP address in server memory to prevent repeated automated ticket submissions. It is used only for rate limiting and is not included in the support email or Discord ticket.
Browser basket data remain on your device until they are removed by the website, cleared through your browser, or replaced during checkout.
Support messages and attachments are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, follow up on the issue and meet any applicable legal or dispute-handling requirements. They are deleted when they are no longer required.
Audience-measurement data must not be retained for longer than necessary. Emistery applies a maximum analytics retention target of 25 months and periodically reviews whether a shorter period is sufficient.
Depending on the feature you use, data can be made available to:
